Embroidery Pricing

Whether your motivation is to create walking billboards, convey a message, improve your business identity, or execute an embroidered version of a creative graphic design, we can help you.

Once we have a digital embroidery file created for your logo, all you pay for is the garment price and the price to embroider as shown below. We charge a one-time fee to create the digital embroidery file of your logo.

Embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches in the logo. We base our minimum pricing on 5,000 stitches. Most designs no matter how simple, average 5,000 stitches. However, any design below this stitch count will be priced at our minimum level. Designs above 5,000 stitches are priced in 1,000 stitch count increments. We also provide flexible discounts on garments based on the quantity ordered.

Editing Excising: $20 per
Keyboard Lettering: $20.00

Caps and visors may be mixed to get quantity discount.
You must sign a waiver for embroidery of garments purchased elsewhere.
To get a quantity discount, all services and goods have to be billed on the same invoice.
Embroidery fees are based on a "Per Stitch" count.
After art is prepared or submitted to us, we will run a stitch count to determine the cost of the embroidery.
You may mix garments purchased from JazzyGear and ones purchased elsewhere to get quantity discount.

Estimate your stitch count:

Here are some ways to help estimate the stitch count for your image (but until it is digitized, this is just an estimate):

1 solid square inch of embroidery equals approximately 2,000 stitches.
1 solid 1/4 square inch of embroidery equals approximately 125 stitches.
Your letters should never be less than 3/16" in height and a letter that is 1/4" in height equals about 100 stitches.
Drop shadows in your logo will translate into 200 extra stitches per inch.

Straight lines under logos typically require 200 extra stitches per inch. Fabrics, colors and artwork detail will affect the amount of stitches.
